ICD, the company behind the Android 2.0 Vega tablet which was announced a while back, and should hopefully break cover soon, have revealed their next device: the ICD Gemini. The Gemini is an Android tablet with an 11.2 inch touchscreen, 1GHz Tegra-2 CPU, 4GB on-board storage with SD expansion slot and 3G and WiFi compatibility built-in. It’s also packing an HDMI port, USB support, Bluetooth connectivity, a headphone jack and two cameras – a 2MP fixed-focus one at the front for video calls and a 5MP auto-focus snapper at the back for general use.
Looks good, and with ICD having a number of promising looking tablets on the way, they could be staking a claim to being a big player in 2010, the “Year of the Tablet”.
